FACILITATION, LEADERSHIP, ORGANIZATIONAL AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TRAINING IN THE UKRAINE
We are looking forward to beginning our 3 Year Facilitation, Leadership, and Coaching Training in the Ukraine. We have had many discussions with our Ukrainian colleagues, Vyacheslav Gusev and Maria Makuha, around the need for an awareness-based leadership training in the Ukraine, and the possibility of learning how the psychology of the individual leader, the national culture and history and the mounting pressure of accelerating globalization can all be addressed in a single program. It will again have organizational and business development units as key elements of the course. We will be starting the first Module of the Year 1 course on May 9th, 2007 in Kyiv.
